Cook's Ingredients

Our well stocked section dry herbs and spices, will excite even the most adventurous cooks!  They are sourced from Fox's Spices, a family business who have been in business for over 50 years, sourcing only the finest quality, freshest spice & herb ingredients which they blend and pack in Stratford-upon-Avon.  

We have recently started stocking ingredients for the Cake Bakers, having already on our shelves Wessex Mill (winners of Great Taste Award 2019), quality bread and baking flours, yeast, dry fruit and nuts.  We now also have cooking chocolate, party cake decorations, candles and cup cake cases.

Not to mentions delights like; handmade meringues, waffles, brandy snaps and marshmallows!
